BETONIZA offers decorative objects made primarily from concrete and other materials.
All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in:
  • texture
  • color
  • surface appearance
  • small air bubbles or imperfections
may occur.
These characteristics are part of the natural aesthetic of concrete and do not constitute defects.
Product images on the website are provided for illustrative purposes. While we strive to display products as accurately as possible, slight differences may occur.

3. Orders
When placing an order through the website, you confirm that:
  • the information provided is accurate and complete
  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • you are authorized to use the chosen payment method
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
BETONIZA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR (€).

7. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain.
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping provider.
Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.
BETONIZA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs procedures
  • unforeseen logistical issues
For international orders outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:
  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • returned in appropriate protective packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact BETONIZA within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
In such cases, BETONIZA may offer:
  • replacement of the product
  • partial refund
  • full refund
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

BETONIZA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this website.
Concrete products are decorative objects and should be used responsibly.
BETONIZA is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper handling.
